Kibana does not seem to show all the logs from application pods

      When looking at the Kibana dashboard, I am not able to see all the logs within the directories of application pods.  Some of the log files do not have any logs in them yet, however, some do have content and I would expect they are seen on the dashboard.  

      On another note, if you manually update the file with some content, then the file does show up on the dashboard. 

       

      To reproduce, I created MSO and LOG applications. 

      Then launched Kibana and setup the Visuals to see what I can see there.  

      The content of the log directories (/var/log/onap/mso) are not 100% reflected on the page.
