Kibana is missing Violations/Validation Dashboards

      After testing a fix for https://jira.onap.org/browse/LOG-659

      I noticed that the Kibana dashboards is missing the pre-loaded Violations and Validations dashboard.  The index-pattern is also missing here.  I believe this was working (atleast a couple of weeks back)
