Kud single node installation (with aio.sh script) doesn't work and fails on copying kubelet binary during kubespray installation.

This works in Jenkins CI, because group-vars are updated specifically to work there, but this update should be global to all single node installations.

ToDo:

• Update single node installation docs or (better) change aio.sh deployment to work properly by including necessary variables
• Update CI-installing KUD script according to chosen solution above
