TSC indicates that GPLv3 shall be removed fromthe dockers built by the ONAP community.
A scan performed with the tern tool seem to indicate that there are still some GPLv3 code in one of several of your dockers.

(note that only 29 dockers have been tested)
As indicated by kopasiak (SECOM), "There are 2 main reasons why we have GPL-v3 in onap containers:
- It is present in the base image
- We install it as a dependency of other package that we are using.
When it comes to #1 this is generally easy and projects should be able to do this but for #2 I believe that we should grant a waiver for this release unless there is an equivalent of package used by the project that does not bring GPL v3 to container."
