As a developer, I want to provide a way for the Multi-Cloud mediation layer to use the Service Orchestrator (SO), So that the Multi-Cloud mediation layer can work with SO, and allow SO to create services on any of the cloud supported by ONAP via a unified ReST API's regardless to the type / flavour of cloud which the service is running on.
