Issue:

               ONAP with latest multicloud docker image tag (1.1.2) will experience unrecoverable error/failure with regarding to the health check to "multicloud-ocata" service.

Root cause:

The immediate reason for this failure is : the script of ONAP deployment will try to pull docker image from "nexus3.onap.org:10001/onap/multicloud/openstack-ocata:1.1.2" while there is no such docker image available. Instead there is a docker image available with " nexus3.onap.org:10001/onap/multicloud/openstack/openstack-ocata:1.1.2" .

The root cause reason is that the docker building script within multicloud openstack project was not correct with regarding to the operation to push docker image “openstack-ocata” to nexus3 repo: it pushes the built docker image to “nexus3.onap.org:10001/onap/multicloud/openstack/openstack-ocata” while it is expected to push to “nexus3.onap.org:10001/onap/multicloud/openstack-ocata”.
