MultiCloud Dublin M3, MultiCloud Dublin M4
Enable secured communication by exposing https endpoints.
The suggested approach looks like:
1, use self certificated cert and key as the default certs
2, put the cert under config dir which can be overwrite by oom helm chart by mounting another volume to the same dir
3, Use env var to control whether to launch https endpoints or just http endpoints: ENV SSL_ENABLED true/false (Set to false by default)
