there is supposed to be a json format information as shown in https://gerrit.onap.org/r/c/multicloud/framework/+/75851/18/docs/specs/multicloud-SDC-Client-design.rst
by default, the notificationdata‘s output is a simple string and hide the internal resource/artifact info.
we need make it output as json format.
