OVN Connectivity issues from K8S plugin

    Description

       

      Multi-Cloud K8S plugin is expected to communicate with K8S API server and OVN NB controller of the sites as part of deploying workloads and creating networks.  Connectivity APIs are expected to be used to add site specific reachability information in the ONAP.  K8S API server information is working fine, but OVN reachability information seems to be missing or not working.

       

      It was felt that OVN controller should also be reachable by K8S API server.

      Hence, the conclusion of discussions is as follows:

      • Introduce OVN Operator 
      • Remove the OVN specific subplugin from K8S Plugin service.
