Description

Add api support for monitoring resources created.

This will be used by the end user or user interfaces to update the status of Kubernetes resources.

Since, Kubernetes is declarative, we need something to check on the real status of the resources once an instantiation is done.

consider /v1/instance/<instance_id>/status

as the API URI.
