Enable testing for working plugins during installation

    Description

      Currently installer.sh script allows testing KUD deployment by launching it with KUD_ENABLE_TESTS variable correctly set up. There are some issues, though, with running tests during installation:

      • /etc/environment variables are not visible in tests in current state of script
      • plugin.sh and plugin_edgex.sh not working out of the box (this is not blocking, as such tests only occur when KUD_PLUGIN_ENABLED variable is set up to non-default value).
      • get_ovn_central_address from _functions.sh doesn't handle case, when it's prior master interface is enslaved under ovs bridge (affects ovn4nfv test).
