Correct issues with KUD addons installation

    Description

      Some k8s plugins fail during instalation, that is:

      • ovn-kubernetes - issues with go installation by galaxy role
      • istio - issues with helm installation by galaxy role

      Scope of this task would be to ensure, that KUD can be deployed with all addons already available in k8s repository.
