Outdated container in the multicloud-k8s-4.0.0 chart

The helm chart multicloud-k8s-4.0.0 has outdated container onap/multicloud/framework-artifactbroker which should be of version 1.3.4 but is 1.3.3. The issue does not allow to reproduce the K8s vFW demo which is a part of the Dublin release. Helm charts are not being uploaded into K8s plugin what does not allow to instantiate k8s service in ONAP. Hence, there is a need to fix this issue for Dublin release.
