Add API that will allow to perform operations on selected resources. Mainly scaling and update of this resources with possibility of rollback.

The update should be possible by specification of new version of definition or new profile and can impact any kind of resource.

The operation could be represented as an execution object created for Instance object. The execution could have its own status, logs and rollback option. 

The Scaling operations should be enabled on Deployments, StatefulSets.

Befor Scaling it might be necessary to ediit configuration (i.e. with configmap) or Day2 configuration aPI can be used for the same. The purpose is to deliver input parameters for some new instances of pods, like i.e. IP addresses of OVN networks in vFW use case.
