The SO-Multicloud infra_workload API passes in the vf module model invariant id and version id for the purpose of identifying the vf module model that was distributed as part of Service design.

Current usage of deploying a K8S vfmodule requires specifying the K8S Definition Name and Definition Version as a User Parameter to the vf-module creation.  This should not be necessary.  

Change the k8s plugin to look up the k8s definition using the vfmodule model invariant and vfmodule model version ids.
