Currently, the user must manually create and POST a K8S workload Profile to the multicloud-k8s plugin before instantiating via SO.  Then when instantiating the k8s vf-module, the profile-name is passed into SO as a user parameter.

Instead, the K8S Profile artifact can be created and onboarded with the VSP.  When the Service is distributed, the K8S Profile should be created by the artifact broker and the profile should be identified by the vf module model customization ID.
