For user facing services deployed on edge clusters, use external-dns to detect the DNS records that need to be created.  Make this infromation available to the external-dns jobs running in the central cluster which will perform the actual DNS provider updates.  Do this by making a CRD provider at the edge.  The central external-dns then uses the edge DNS CRDs as a source.
