create helm chart for deploying vFW CNF which is pure containers, no VM, no ovn.
The networking can be realized with following options:
option1: if cloud provider provisions SRIOV, then either sriov netdevice or vfio can be used.
option2: if cloud provider provisions host netdevice, then host netdevice can be passthrough to pods
Hence, there will be 2 helm charts with each fit into corresponding option of networking:
option 1: firewall-sriov
option 2: firewall-host-netdevice

all the helm charts will be part of a network service, and the specific option will be chosen during instantiate the workload to target cloud infrastructure.
