Work items

1. Creation of Citadel CA helm charts based on OOM guidelines
2. Providing an option to bring up ISTIO Citadel CA in global helm charts
3. Ensuring that Citadel CA is brought up as part of OOM ONAP installation based on above option.
4. Proving Citadel CA using nodeagent in example docker image.
5. Proving Citadel CA to get the certificate and private key using secret volume (Without Envoy proxy) by example service and ensuring that it can be used during Mutual TLS : Select one Java service, Select one Python service, Select one Go service
6.  If item 5 works (without envoy), then we will suggest the same for all ONAP services and suggest 4 for non ONAP services such as VNFs.
