MC to provide support web service to support cloud specific artifacts.

Activities:

• Provide API (POST, DELETE, GET)
• Ensure that this API is comprehensive to support SDC client in MC.
• Ensure that this API can be used outside of SDC client too (make it generic)
• Ability to unzip/untar the artfacts and store in distributed DB (such as Consul).
• Provide ability to store them in shared file system for consumption by MC plugins.
• Provide ability to locate artifacts using VNF identification and Cloud technology.
• Deletion of artifacts in DB as well in shared file system upon request from API user (SDC client or other users).

Note that the cloud specific artifacts could be VNFs,  Networks and others.  That is CSAR can contain VNFD, Network Descriptors or something else or combination of them. Hence, it may be good to use the term "resource-bundle" CSAR
