Docker image oomk8s/config-init:2.0.0-SNAPSHOT, uses the following DCAE repository( or some other repository that Message Router or DCAE team don't control) to get the pre-configured topics(data-kafka and data-zookeeper) As the DCAE repository is locked, it won't allow any new commits. So change the repository referred in the image oomk8s/config-init:2.0.0-SNAPSHOT to the message router repository.
