Incorrect AAI services

      In aai/values.yaml files there is incorrect aai (haproxy) service name: global.aai.serviceName: aai-aai

      It is referenced from sparky.

      It needs to be fixed to be "aai"

      Also, aai services need to be adjusted to new standard.
