SDNC DGBuilder cant operate on DGs in database - need NodePort

    • OOM - works in HEAT

      DGBuilder uses the the SDNC DB to activate/deactivate and upload the DGs from the browser instance of node.red. Since the browser is outside of the cluster and the sdnc database does not have an exposed node port DGbuilder can not upload to a running SDNC.
