20180830 update: 2.9.1 needs 1.6.18 to get 1.10 - we are good
integration repo updated by Gary to 2.9.1 and 1.6.18 on 15 Aug 2018 https://git.onap.org/integration/tree/deployment/heat/onap-oom/onap-oom.yaml#n68
- determine supported versions to use for Kubernetes and Helm (and possible Rancher)
- will need to update onap/Chart.yaml to enforce
- Note: helm will require several version checks and docs to be updated - see 2 patches

Note: 2.9.2 is missing from the helm releases - 2.9.1 is the last stable
testing environment is the CD server ad master.onap.info
4+1 (4 x 8core/64g ram cluster + 8core/64g rancher host) = 32core/256g cluster - with NFS/EFS share across the 4+1 cluster
first build running 2.9.1 on rancher 1.6.18 is http://jenkins.onap.info/job/oom-cd-master/3484/console
