Workflow Designer host entry

      I use the latest OOM based ONAP installation and try to start the Workflow designer in SDC.

      With the OOM UserGuide (https://onap.readthedocs.io/en/latest/submodules/oom.git/docs/oom_user_guide.html) Instructions hosts settings it does not work:

       

      10.12.6.155 portal.api.simpledemo.onap.org 
10.12.6.155 vid.api.simpledemo.onap.org 
10.12.6.155 sdc.api.fe.simpledemo.onap.org 
10.12.6.155 portal-sdk.simpledemo.onap.org

      By adding the following address, it works:

       

      <k8s-ip> sdc.workflow.plugin.simpledemo.onap.org

      If this is the wanted behaviour, the OOM User Guide needs to be updated, otherwise the Workflow Plugin needs to be changed.
