dmaap-buscontroller uses the common postgresql chart.  Installation seems to work well.  I get the two PVC successfully deployed.

But, when I purge my deployment, the PVC's are left in kubernetes.  This may be the way it's supposed to work...not sure.

However, when I try to install again (when the PVCs are there), the deployment fails.  I then manually delete them using the kubernetes GUI, and re-install, and it usually works.

I mentioned this to to Tony Hansen, and he said, the PVC should be left after purge since it is on NFS, but that the install may need to re-set the passwords if it finds the PVC exists.
