Spike on the use of Prometheus Operator (Prometheus, Grafana and Alertmanager) as a health monitor event notification solution for an ONAP deployment. Alternatively we can evaluate the latest version of Consul, Nagios and Zabbix (used within other operators) to determine which is best for our purposes. 

Need to determine if this is a replacement for Consul. The integration of Consul requires OOM team members to independently maintain health check plugin code for each ONAP project.
