When running upload_resources.yml playbook it is wrongly detected that resources are already uploaded in case of existence of directory even if it is empty.  In addition it deletes specified directory on fail which can result in loss of other data you might have put there if you are redoing upload for some reason.

Also it can't detect deleted files after upload was done previously.
