readiness-check container is fairly big

      readiness-check is used 142 times in OOM as of today.

      It then means the image will be present on all the Kubernetes nodes.

      But the image is 632M, which takes time to pull and time to launch. 

       

      shrinking it would allow a faster start of ONAP
