High CPU observed by Cassandra liveness/readiness probe

      High CPU is observed on k8s cluster node when Cassandra liveness/readiness probe is running. The probe executes `nodetool status` command which starts a java process and uses almost 100% of a vCPU.

      Please find a lightweight probe for the liveness/readiness probe.
