There are a number of helm charts that are not currently using the global.repository. This needs to be investigated as to which project charts need updating, replacing 3rdparty repository references with the top-level global value.

LF Tickets will need to be raised to configure nexus3 to transparently reference these 3rdparty repositories.

Documentation will also be required to inform the community on how to configure nexus appropriately for ONAP.
