sdc-be restarts : livensess probe timeout too short

      SDC failed deployment in integration-staging-daily - no errors in log so looked ad liveness probe. The HTTP GET timeout was 5 seconds. used kubectl edit deployment to change 5 seconds to 15 seconds and it proceeded to install and health check passed
