AAI logs are not being written outside the pods

      ONAP/OOM 1.1 and I believe the problem exists in ONAP/OOM 1.0 as well.

      We have external mounts in the various AAI yaml templates and these do not contain any of the log file contents that are found in the container.

      Some investigation by yuryn and mkhinda shows that the chef boot process creates a symbolic link from the real location to the mounted location inside the container and changes permissions which is likely the cause of this.
