      The change to move certs and keys into K8s secret objects has broken a configuration step in

      oom/kubernetes/config/docker/init/config-init.sh where it encrypts the openstack tenant password for MSO configuration.

      We should put the file back until the config-init.sh is updated to get the data it needs from the new secret object....
