[DCAE] Remove AAF option from Helm charts

    Description

      The dcaegen2-common templates for deploying DCAE microservices currently have an option that sets up an initContainer to fetch TLS certificates from AAF.  Since AAF is being removed from ONAP in the London release, we can remove this option from the common templates.
