OOM Sprint 8
In order to run health checks against many of the ECOMP components, the Consul health check scripts need to be able to provide correct authentication to the REST endpoints that they contact.
To achieve this, currently, the deployment of the Consul agent container bundles certificate files in the configuration directory used by the container.
These files should be accessed from a common location rather than being part of the configuration data - this could leverage work being done elsewhere to move certificates and other common config data into Kubernetes Secrets objects.
