The Jenkins job is using a standard JJB macro to log into the appropriate Docker servers and push the Docker image build by the job, however, this macro assumes an image being built by a Mavenized project.

In the case of the OOM config job, we are building a Docker image via command line scripts.  As a result, the Docker Login step is failing due to missing information.  We need to understand the correct way to handle the Docker login step for our use case and make the appropriate changes to the Jenkins job.
