sdc-be and sdc-fe do not initialize correctly on latest master

    • I am trying to deploy ONAP on K8S from the latest code as of ~11:00 EST

      However, the sdc-fe and sdc-be pods do not seem to initialize correctly. 

      I am also unable to login to the pods to grab any logs either.
