Hello,

the install script for dcae is waiting for ' in the local_input yaml file when embedding values.

kubernetes/dcaegen2/dcae-parameters-sample.yaml and kubernetes/dcaegen2/dcae-parameters.yaml are using double quotes (") for embedding string variables.

one of them (seems to be kubernetes/dcaegen2/dcae-parameters-sample.yaml) is directly used as local config for dcaegen2

But the script of DCAE think string are embedded with single quote (') and thus fails when extracting a value
