As an ONAP operator, I want to describe and manage my platform infrastructure deployment using TOSCA so that I have a consistent information model across the platform components and the network services ONAP manages

Acceptance Criteria

• ONAP infrastructure deployment can be described using TOSCA, including:
  • Ability to automatically deploy a Kubernetes infrastructure using TOSCA
  • Ability to automatically deploy an Openstack infrastructure using TOSCA
  • Ability to automatically deploy an VMWare infrastructure using TOSCA
  • Ability to automatically deploy a Kubernetes on Openstack infrastructure using TOSCA
  • Ability to automatically trigger the OOM/K8S helm deployment from TOSCA
  • Ability to fully leverage the capabilities of OOM/K8S (Helm deployments, auto-scale, auto-heal, etc), i.e not introduce limitations because of TOSCA.
