Kubernetes infrastructure for ESR

      For Kubernetes based ONAP deployment ESR dockers (esr_server, esr_gui) are not available. Also HELM_APPS do not have ESR as well.

      This issue was observed when registering VIM through Multicloud for which ESR is essential.
