OOM ONAP Configuration Management - Externalize hardwired values

      As an ONAP Deployer, I need whatever varies between deployments to be separated out and treated as configuration.

      Need to extract any instances of:

      1. Namespaces and names.
      2. Addresses. 
      3. Paths.
      4. Images. 
      5. Credentials.
      6. Sizes.

      Note that this doesn't supersede the use of any Kubernetes-provided environment variables; these are still generally authoritative.
