      As an ONAP Deployer, I want to be able to scale my deployment by tuning a published set of sizing parameters.

      ONAP may have sizes like:

      1. Development - single server. 
      2. Small - QA or production. 
      3. Medium - standard production. 
      4. Large - large production. 
      5. Custom

      Note: Autoscale will come later. 

      The deliverable of this story is a set of parameters by which the Kubernetes deployment may be sized.
