Hi,

     I failed to open CLI by clicking CLI application icon in ONAP portal, it tried to access http://portal.api.simpledemo.onap.org:8080 and connection timed out. I think the link is not correct, it should access a CLI link(e.g. http://cli.api.simpledemo.onap.org:8080), not a portal link. And the open behavior is also not correct, it should open a tab page rather than a new blank web page.
