Hi,

This msg is regarding OOM Release Notes for the Amsterdam Maintenance Release.
OOM is candidate for the Amsterdam Maintenance Release (David, Roger, Michael keep me honest here) and thus need an Release Notes (cumulative).

Currently in http://onap.readthedocs.io/en/amsterdam/release/releaserepos.html (branch Amsterdam) there is no link toward OOM . However, in Latest (master) there is a valid link 

Could we move forward and ensure we have a RN for OOM. I have attached the instruction I have sent last week.
