Create alternate prepull script which provides more user feedback and logging

As an OOM user, I wanted a prepull script that is easier to control on a lower power system with limited bandwidth. Script must fire off a set of concurrent docker pulls which is configurable at runtime as a command line option, and keep user updated of progress. Tool must also log per system/docker image to separate files to a configurable log directory. Parent process must harvest all children when it is terminated.
