3. Update wiki page "ONAP on Kubernetes on Cloudify" https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/ONAP+on+Kubernetes+on+Cloudify

• tar -zxvf helm-v2.7.0-linux-amd64.tar.gz
• sudo mv linux-amd64/helm /usr/bin/helmkubectl -n kube-system create sa tiller
• kubectl create clusterrolebinding tiller --clusterrole cluster-admin --serviceaccount=kube-system:tiller
• helm init --service-account tiller

• install Heapster + InfluxDB + Grafana
• install kubernetes dashboard
• Change dashboard service spec.type from ClusterIP to NodePort
• create RBAC ClusterRoleBinding: kubernets-dashboard service account to cluster-admin
