As part of OOM-727, a sub chart was created for mariadb. This chart is specific for use by SO as it creates the SO schema and populates it with a default dataset.

Ideally, what we would like is a common clustered mariadb solution that can be added as a dependency (requirements.yaml) by any ONAP application that needs an HA mariadb. There are currently 7-8 applications in ONAP that use their own instances of mariadb.

This story is to track the work needed to create or directly use an existing Helm Chart (see below). The challenge will be to provide a way for the application teams to use the dependency and then provide their own specific schema and dataset instantiation on startup of their instances.

If we do need to define our own Helm Chart (based on an existing one), the ideal location for this new common chart would be under oom/kubernetes/common/<mariadb> (as an example).
