As an ONAP operator, I want to monitor and auto-heal ONAP platform components that I can ensure maximum uptime for my customers

Acceptance Criteria

  Platform Monitoring:

• ONAP containers/services are monitored for state/health  (Green, Yellow, Red per container)
• ONAP components are monitored for state/health (Green, Yellow, Red, aggregated per component)
• E2E ONAP is monitored for state/health  (Green, Yellow, Red, aggregated for a deployed platform instance)
• Health/State available from the OOM operations portal
• Health/State history available from the OOM operations portal

  Platform Auto-Healing:

• Support for container auto-restart on failure; Auto-restart conditions shall be configurable by operator;
• Support for container auto-rebuild on failure; Auto-rebuild conditions shall be configurable by operator;
• Support for container auto-migrate on failure; Auto-migrate conditions shall be configurable by operator;
