After that change, the externally accessible ports are no longer available for elasticsearch port 30254 and logstash port 30255 which was recently added in https://gerrit.onap.org/r/gitweb?p=oom.git;a=commit;h=827152b9f766598b6ceb3f8846c8c30f77ebfe15

It is expected that elasticsearch port 30254 and logstash port 30255 are externally accessible.
